**Build-n-Share Bicentennial Blitz**1500 sp Prize Pool** Due 5/29

The Build-n-Share Challenge on Creative Corner (originally started by Adddict1220) has been around for over 3 years of continuous challenges. Are you looking for a place to hone your building skills and maybe win that next big building contest? Build-n-Share is your place to start. Challenges are bi-weekly, and our judges give detailed feedback (including best features and tips for improvement) on each and every entry.
And, as a little extra incentive for joining our challenge, we are now offering a small prize pool for each level of competition:
1st Place: 500 SP item(s) from your wishlist & 5 recs in your studio
2nd Place (if there are 5 or more entries in the category): 50 SP item(s) from your wishlist and 3 recs in your studio
3rd Place (if there are 7 or more entries in the category): 25 SP item from your wishlist and 1 rec in your studio
We currently have 3 Entry Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced
That's a potential Prize Pool of 1500+ SP for this challenge weeks!

Spring Designer Showdown Inspiration Objects

Rules and details:
* You cannot change the foundation, walls, and roofing
* Yes, all walls, foundation, and roof must remain the same
* You can replace doors, windows and stairs, but they have to remain in the same position (meaning if it's a 2 tile window, you have to replace it with a 2 tile window or 2 single tile windows, etc.)
* You can designate the rooms however you like, but your outcome should be a 3 bedroom house with at least 2.5 bathrooms (a 1/2 bath is one with a toilet and sink - you CAN make 3 baths if your budget allows)
* You can (and should) CAStyle any and all doors, archways, walkways, windows, etc included in the shell.
* You can't change the roof shape, but you can change the texture and color
* You can add structural elements for landscaping purposes, such as a greenhouse, gazebo, or a carport (no garages), but they cannot be attached to the main house
* You CAN change, add or delete any fencing
* This must be on a 30x30 lot - you should place it on a corner lot because of the side driveway. (422 Skyborough Blvd., 330 Oak Grove Blvd., and 433 Sunnyside Blvd are good spots in Sunset Valley, but you can choose an appropriate lot [or place a custom lot using world editor] in any town)
* THERE IS NO BUDGET!
* The theme is completely up to you. It does not have to be Spring themed, but your house should reflect your inspirational object. (It should be pretty clear to the judges from just viewing your pictures which object you were inspired by.
* Your inspirational object must be included in your final lot.
* You can only have ONE inspirational object.
* You do not need any expansion packs to compete. The house was built with only base game elements
* CC is allowed, but please list/link/credit them when you submit so that downloaders can find them!
* Entry must be fully landscaped and decorated.

Optional Challenge:
Cover Shot Challenge: Enter ONE screenshot of your lot that best represents what your lot is about. It can be a shot of anything from your build. There will be ONE optional challenge winner for the challenge (prize = 100SP if there are at least 3 optional challenge entries). Be sure to link to your Cover Shot entry in your official entry post if you are entering the Optional Challenge.
