I've been on a slight social media break and then last week it was my birthday so I was caught up in that. but I did manage to play a little, well built anyway. Ended up with this Apartment based on a Lego set I saw on Pinterest.
I did pop into the Parrish to check on our fave family. And let's just say baby Harper already has her brothers wrapped around her fingers lol
@GalacticGal It's okay, I do the same thing sometimes looking right at something and my son is always looking at me strange because I'm looking for something in the house and it's in front of my face lol, because I'm always busy I'm trying to do too many things at once.

So, here's the deal. Should I go ahead and post the first update in my Cantrell: The Early Years. Or wait until July? I know I will just have to post it again, but that's not an issue. Let me know what you think.

@GalacticGal, I'm going to agree with @DaniRose2143. There's a lot of be said for taking your time, setting things up the way you want them to be and experimenting with things (like Weddings) before you try them in a "live" story.
You can always join the trend of people posting little vignettes from side saves. I'm enjoying those and considering doing one of my own (though my story is still going. I my blog.)

My last post in my story thread was March 4. I'm excited to resume when we move to the new forum. In the meantime I've been posting a sentence or two along with a pic or two in various pack discussion threads or the pic threads.

@Ellupelluellu Yeah Tornado’s aggressive trait is always taking over, was going to swap it after reaching lvl 5 temperament with her but that’s taking too long. Might just swap it sooner

As you may recall, I don't stage my stories. Whatever happens in game is what I write about. Now, if I failed to snap a picture or two needed for the story I write up, I'm not above going back into the game to catch a picture. (For instance, in this new story the house they're living in is cramped and small. I failed to take adequate pictures of their abode.)
My worry about waiting two full months to post an update will have an adverse effect on my writing or even willingness to share stuff.
@luciusstorm Okay, then, the jury has come back with their verdict. I hold off. What I will be doing, however is capture in written form what went on. Be prepared to be bombarded in July.
It was a fun couple of days with Cat visiting but it was time to bid adieu. Arriving back in Chestnut Ridge, it felt good to be home.
“I missed you too Tal”
“Wait this is Tal? I thought this was Tornado”
“Kyle…”
“Hmph” Tornado looked over angrily “Did they give you any trouble?” Cat asked.
“Hmm?”
Kyle sat there quietly and had a small flashback
“Urgh… my back” “Ouch, this burns my hands” “C’mon Tal, go”
“Trying to get tossed again?”
At this moment Kyle realized he doesn’t like horse riding 😆
“Nah no problems. We had lots of fun” After Kyle packed up and returned home, Cat checked on the plants and trees. Tornado quickly questioned her whereabouts. “Hope I wasn’t gone too long Tornado, I wasn’t leaving you guys forever”
She’s still on the mean streak so we’re resorting to some bribery to make talking with her easier.
@BlueSeaWaves Thank you, I didn't see this couple coming. I post pictures of my sim's relationships but half of them I'm always shocked about who they fall for or who fall for them.
Sara flirting with my sim was a shocking because he never flirted with her and his close friends with Simon, I found it strange the game kept generating for her to keep giving him fruit cake, his had other sims flirt with like Brytani Cho, Katrina Caliente and Cecilia Kang who he liked a lot, but Brytani kept spawning in where he was to stop it.
I have to say, that seeing Sims in my game again, that had deceased, such as Judith Ward, really warmed my heart. I didn't realize how much I missed their presence. She did a walk by in Oasis Springs, where my Cantrell: The Early Years save is set. It's a high desert, and Vulcan does have snow in their mountains.
This is not my forte, but I'm going to give it a shot:

Speaking of whom, it's hard to realize by his reaction to this member of the Welcome Wagon, that he would grow up to be a People person, as he did. Note that he's fine while Mama is still right there.

@BlueSeaWaves Peanut never tried to buck Aurora during a ride. She did 'help' Aurora dismount though.😆 Nashville is totally cool with Aurora. Not knowing who Tal was is sooo Kyle.😛 Some people just aren't cut out for ranch life.
@GalacticGal Yeah our stories and styles are very different. I'm using this down time to fix all the little issues. My mods and CC obsession wrecked my game. As scary as a break seems it can refresh your creativity. If your game is good and you fear a layoff though then write on.😊
