Hello all I thought i would join on this thread, I'm still fairly new to Sims4 (Usually a sims3 player) so I thought i would join up with a thread where i can see other people's game play and hopefully enjoy more of what sims4 can offer. I'm currently enjoying Get famous pack which i absolutely love and vampires... oh boy so much to learn about these beauties.
I am also playing an ISBI challenge with sims4 - i will post some images soon just wanted to say a big hello and some of your stories / game play looks very interesting.
@LadyKyn - Wow so that pool/pond sims can drown? Lucky it was filled with koi's and not sharks. I put one down in my lot just to see what it was and filled it with sharks yikes...
I did two things: One in one of my standard games and one in my special machinima "studio".
In the regular game my family, the Augusts, decided to buy a shop. Now that Dan and Angela's son, George, is a capable little schoolboy it's left Angela with too much free time so rather than go back to her old job at S.I.M.S. she used the family's saved up cash to buy a fashion boutique in Magnolia Promenade. The first day's business went well with four outfits sold. Angela designs her own range of clothing; male, female and children's but it was the male formal suit that was the big seller of the day. Dan had a good day at work at Dewey, Cheatham and Howe's and George did his homework in record time before hurting himself on the garden waterslide.
In my studio game, I completed episode 3 of my retro-futuristic soap opera, "Futurworld" and I created a trailer out of clips from the first 3 episodes. I can't post the link here yet as I'm a forum noob but if you go to YouTube and search for Kellogg J Kellogg you'll see the 3 episodes plus the trailer there.

My sim got invited to a charity event at the celeb lounge in del sol valley. Cool that sounds like fun. It loads and I am suddenly in selvadorada. I ended the event but I was laughing so hard. I’ve had that glitch for a while with invites out ending up at a different venue, but that was a new level of wrong venue. Eh charity party in the jungle sounds fun too right?

Thought I'd play it safe and have it filled with harmless fishy. NOPE she drowned on first interaction with this.

Due to some shifting pictures in my photo-bucket all of my links went bye bye, but to combat this I am working on my Stone Stories somewhere else and will link it when finished, for catch up.
As for my Adler's, they are much easier to recap!
After the dramatic climax where Kayleigh had the alien that impregnated her wipe everyone's minds and then transport her to a whole knew "world" with her out of the picture, things went on as if she never existed. (I will be bringing her story back sooner then later).
Nadia Adler is doing a fantastic as a medical specialist. She loves delivering babies and feels like this was her calling.
After work Nadia goes out with Dein (red head) and his wife (blonde, Jamessa) I call them the slob and the snob. They are such a mitch-match pair but their love seems true~ Ah and Alyesee as well (long time family friend in the purple). They have a great time.

Yu is too young to be drinking, Alyesse! Alyssa! (the clown) Reed! (the blonde and Yu's uncle) Why are you letting him get! ....oh well its a holiday I guess xD
The family wraps up the weekend by being invited over by Dein. Who is not home. The family makes themselves at home playing v-games while waiting for Dein to come back or Jamessa whichever arrives... >.> but they have a good time! Blake and Aubree would like a console for themselves! Maybe if they keep their grades up!

Aha, so it's needed to have expansion pack to put cats:)
Again stairs, my sim entered somehow under these, and could not get out. I noticed it when members of family had +3 modifier to sad because of death, unfortunately my sim did not have trait for never being hungry. I had to load last save to have my sim back, loosing all progress on making dining hall and -3 basement floor:) I am not good in taking care of them, fortunately it is possible to save and load. I have already created door in this place, so they can go out of there if they somehow enter there. Problematic stairs with new doors:
Lost dining hall for C grade guestrooms (floor -3 is empty on loaded save)
Betty-Sue taking her elderly dog to the vet during the winter season just one day before winterfest - starting to like the seasons expansion pack especially with the frozen up windows!
I have a household I made with my best friend where we made our sim selves and had three kids together. We live in an apartment and our neighbors are very rude. We ended up breaking into their house and killing the mother in front of her child (extreme violence mod). They don't bother us anymore.
So since Get Famous came out I had been wanting to start over with Chris and Jess' story so badly! I wanted them to meet while he was already famous. So, I created my simself and my folks.

This was a great family outing and a great game. Not said by Jess's dad... Mr. competitive, he won anyway so I don't know why he was pouting.
There was a Celebrity meet and Greet and Jess rushed down there. "Could it be?!" It was! Chris Hemsworth in the flesh!
Something happened, Jess felt something strange and so did Chris. Woah, what's happening, he likes me! After a fun afternoon, Jess and Chris parted ways, it was hard but a part of him never left her. The way he looked into her eyes, "Nah, Jess you're just insane."
Jess's dad has a thing for cold weather, "Plum snow, plum winter!"
It just got a lot warmer outside. "Chris! What is he doing here at my house!" Jess screamed to herself.
He invited Jess out, it was all her choice where they went. She wanted them to go bowling, it started out great but Chris suddenly left. Jess just knew she blew it. "Jess you big dummy, what have you done!"
Days went by and Jess was so depressed but had to carry on, just in the middle of tears, her phone goes off.. It was Chris! He asked Jess out to dinner and apologized for before. This was offically a date and it went so much better than the last.
He then took Jess to a private spot, they had an amzing night together hanging out by the fire.
I think Jess is bored of conversation, Chris. lol
The night was magical, Jess walked through the door with hearts floating all around in her soul.
Things were going great between the two lovers, Jess decided to surprise Chris at his house and boy was he! It wasn't their first rodeo since getting together but it was a night to remember forever.
Jess decided to fix Chris breakfast the next morning, turns out that was a bad idea. Way to go, Jess. Thankfully, the fire was put out and everyone was safe and not hurt. Jess won't be cooking in Chris' kitchen again for awhile.
Chris had been treating Jess like a queen more than usual, fancy dinners in Del Sol Valley. What Jess didn't realize was he had major plans that he was working up to. Until one evening, he took her one of their favorite places and his big plans finally unraveled.

So it has been a while since I posted pictures. Like I said in an above post I was super distracted by super smash brothers for a while and less sims. I am further along in this save than I am going to post today. But I do not want to do a huge update.
So here we are back with the Bristols in San Myshuno. So much has happened with Madison and Melissa since we last saw them. So Madison now has a goal of becoming a famous actress when she grows up. She joined the drama club and got to work practicing her acting. She practiced at home for a while and then decided to go to the park where she ran into a certain someone. I may or may not have goals for them to get together later on.
She met Orange Bailey-Moon who she has a huge crush on. I guess she can say hello, stay cool.
She then asked for his autograph which he nicely decided to give her.
Morgan Fyres for sure was not keeping her cool.
It was finally winter in San Myshuno, which meant one day of snow. Madison enjoyed it while she could.
Then Winterfest came. The girls were so excited. The decorated the tree together.
The opened gifts in the afternoon. Poor Madison got a carrot.
Then father winter arrived. His name was Jeremy (really sims?).
The next day Madison headed to Del Sol Valley to seek out celebrities and explore the museum with props from her favorite movies. She ran into a few celebs who were happy to give madison their autographs. I mean who can resit a cute child?
Later in the week it was New Years and Madisons birthday. So Melissa threw a little get together.

I will continue the next part later. They will be moving to a larger apartment since Melissa is doing so well in the Political career. Currently Madison just turned into a YA in the save. So next post will be the teen years of Madison and it may involve a little stalking.
I don't have pictures. But today Sofia Bjergsen, who was by this stage a YA rising star singer-songwriter, was left at the alter by that plum Thorne Bailey (adult superstar entertainer/her mentor, who had divorced Octavia Moon upon starting their affair). Sofia was so upset that she died from anger (/of a broken heart!)
It made me sad, I'd been planning on having her shoot to stardom after releasing a bunch of break-up songs but the game had other ideas! I had Thorne plead with the Grim Reaper but nope. She had so much left to live...
I have Seasons, so I've created a Sofia Bjergsen Memorial holiday where the traditions are making music, remembrance, and lighting candles.
I've recently started my game over and decided to play the Goth family. Here is whats happened so far in The Life of the Goth's.....
While the kids where at school and Bella off to work Mortimer had the whole house to himself, since it was his day off of work. Altho he wasent completely alone, the family pet Cat Goth was also lurking around the home. (yes i didnt pick the pets name im using a save from plumbella's world) Since the house was quiet, Mortimer decided to do some work on the computer and try to finish his latest book.
After he finished his book he decided since his family wasen't going to be home for a few more hours, he decided to go get some lunch at the park next to his house. As he walked up to the stand he saw a famous celebrity Judy Ward also ordering some food. He decided to play it cool and keep his enthusiasm contained and asked Nina client who was working the booth if he could get some yogurt.
When Nina set his bowl of yogurt on the counter Judy ward snatched it right off the counter! Awkward glaces soon followed about what to do. Neither Nina or Mortimer wanted to say anything to the celebrity so Mortimer gave a wink to Nina letting her know it was ok and he quickly payed for the yogurt and walked away. Least knowing he payed for a meal for the Celebrity boosted his confidence.
Once arrive back home Mortimer decided that it was a lovely day to maybe grill some hamburgers instead! Only once he started i guess he had put a bit to much lighter fluid on the Grill and well.......
Luckily after a brief freak out he pulled out the extinguisher and put the fire out....
Meowing could be head behind him as his heart raced as he stared at the now burnt Grill. He decided to comfort Cat Goth. After all snuggled form a pet can put anyone back into a good mood right?
Then after collecting himself Mortimer though it best to leave the cooking to his wife an decided to make a ham and cheese samwitch instead.
Not to much to report today Casandra & Alexander both had Birthdays! Casandra Now a Young adult and Alexander a teen. With Casandra's love of music her parents bought her a violin and that busking stand so she could practice outside the home and make a little money off of it. While Alexander requested that he didnt need any presents on his birthday.
Today, the Furystrykar Household went to the flea market for the first time. And even with the celebrity disguise on, people still recognised Advarius. After that, they all went to the seasonal park in Newcrest. Chloe and Benjamin tried out ice skating with little success, and the Clown Reaper was playing chess... Without his creepy getup. He looked like a homeless man...except one that lives in a Penthouse in San Myshuno.
Sims 4 Family: Benjamin, Shine, Princess Roddy, Sophia and Hamish Furystrykar and Shelly Heart. Princess Roddy is my avatar, and he's a boy!
I am wondering if Miko is feeling very insecure about her pregnancy lol while watching my sim beautifying herself in the mirror in this photo...... (MC Command Center - gotta love that story progression)
For those interested can enjoy~ But to sum up what you need to know to follow along is: Jade had a daughter named Gemma, over the years she got increasingly more difficult in behaviors. Once Gemma hit her teens she developed a hatred for Jade like no other due to the fact that her Jade (her mom) hid her other mom (Yuki Bher. Using the settings in create a sim to allow this) away from her keeping to secret. Jade was only doing this as protection from abandonment and pain. However, Gemma did not believe that. She met Yuki with the help of her half brother (Javesh, same mom, but he had a good relationship with Yuki all along). Anyways anything Jade said after that to explain her side fell on death ears. During a trip to a Winter-fest cabin for a night, things finally reached their breaking point. Gemma snapped and uh well. She was the only one found alive when park rangers came to check on them.
________________________________ This is where the story continues Jade's legacy is over and now Gemma is the only one left.
After finding Gemma knocked out, battered and bruised but alive surrounded by her dead family and one park ranger. Police and detectives swarmed the place. They had no suspects but interviewed Gemma who was in clear shock. It seemed real because it was, at least her mind protected her from 'remembering' the dark deeds she had done.
They released her into the care of the Zest family upon her plea and the well known realsionship they shared. More interviews happened for those close to the family as Gemma curled up just wanting to sleep.
Gianna Zest was horrified. This type of tragedy was impossible to take in, she'd known the Stone family since toddlerhood. Despite Gemma's hate, she knew Jade was not as bad as that. Abby was always kind, little Flint loved to sing and little Amber was full of joy... now they were gone. She felt inexplicable pain for Gemma. What could she do? What could she say? As she stood over her sleeping friend, the girl decided, "I can be there for her....if only that. I will."
Gemma managed to get up, washed, dress in PJ's and put something in her stomach all with help and encouragement from the Zest Family. As she quietly said she wanted to sleep in her bed (she often ran away here so it was dubbed hers) in Gianna's room. The girl watched over her as she slept more. Her heart hurt so bad but right then in there the words she whispered did not seem good enough so Gianna whispered out again her voice compassionate and serious, "I promise... no, I vow, I vow an oath. To always watch out for you. To protect you and always be here when you need me."
Time passes and things began to normalize and as they do, the two keep gravitating towards one another but for what? Why? Gianna does not want to to take advantage of Gemma and her feelings. But nearly a year has passed. They celebrated Snowflake day and it was new years today. But they both felt it. Gianna could not hold it in anymore not while Gemma looks at her like that. Was she really taking advantage?
Gemma looks surprised..... but her heart beats fast. She truly loves Gianna. None of her hate, temper was ever directed or taken out on her. She has been her, ear, rock. They had been friends for as far back as she could remember. Now? Now more.
After the kiss though something inside of this psycho path snapped. She knew what she was, even if she was hiding it from herself. Could she really drag Gianna into her world of destruction? Or her family? What was she doing? They were normal and among the people she cared for.... she could not just, just. Wetness fled from her eyes for he first time in a long time. "I can't...." Desperate to get away from her mind, she went out to some bars and met Yuki there together celebrated the news years.
When Gemma woke up she was alone in Yuki's house. She had not realized it bit everything had been shut off before and moved out. she was alone. Maybe it was the juice or bubbles but she had passed out. She remembered the last conversation they had about the money she inherited from the property value of the land of her old home. She also recalled Yuki was a hacker... two and two connected and that profession was not so cool anymore. She had given info to that account and she was sure there was nothing inside anymore. Picking herself up, she went back to the Zest and tried to enjoy the rest of the new years.
When she turned 18 she was assured she had a home here, no need to fret, but Gemma was ready to move on. She asked for only money from everyone and sold a couple of would-not-be-missed- things on simbay. Just enough to get a deposit on a small apartment. She snuck out one bright Oasis Morning not even saying goodbye.
The now young adult sat alone in her apartment finishing a bowl of crackers. I dunno what will be in store for Gemma but it does not look good.... I miss Jade already ;w;; Also along with her erratic, art lover, hates children characteristics. She got some "lovely" character values, uncontrollable emotions, irresponsibility, argumentative. *sigh* this is were I'll leave it for now.

It was meant to be a nice, quiet day at home for Faye Meadow and her boyfriend, Ben Whalley….
Ben didn't have to go to work until 5pm and Faye had a day off so they decided a little quality time was in order, maybe something a little romantic....
And then Bella Goth showed up at the door in her athletic outfit. Well, being nice people Faye and Ben couldn't shoo her away so they let her in and she was all doing push ups on the floor, hip bumping and enthusing about keeping fit. Faye and Ben engaged in some chit chat and by lunchtime Bella was ready to leave....only as she was going out, next door neighbour Paul Nice knocked at the door. Paul's love life is in chaos. He likes Summer Holliday but she's friend zoned him. He's recently met another very pretty, fun loving girl but she's....evil. Anyway, Faye and Ben are good friends with Paul so they counselled him and gave him a pep talk when all of a sudden Lily Feng shows up. Lily's tense; Victor's working long hours and she needs to vent. Ben's getting fed up with all these random visitors but Faye and Lily are friends and she needs to talk....
By 3pm Paul and Lily leave and there's a couple of hours before Ben needs to go to work so....they slip into their sexy nighttime wear, retire to the bedroom for a bit of woo-hoo. Ahh, bliss at last.
Until there's a knock on the door. It's Eric Lewis and he wants to talk. Faye and Ben pretend they're not home. Eric leaves, Ben goes to work and he gets a promotion!
Felicity sold four paintings in one day, Emily gained C in her english, the twins are hearing up to start school for the first ti!e, Geoffrey is visiting his eldest son more, hoping to reconnect with his grandchildren.
So today, I decided to redo the swimming pool and raise it, adding bridges to the towers that are restricted. After realizing the process of creating balconies was quite simple, I got to work by expanding the existing balconies. This is my finished work:
In real life, this wouldn't be structurally sound, but whatever, this gives me a lot more space for the outdoor activities.
Oh yeah, the Sim in the top left tower is Lucy Divine, and in the bottom left tower is Benjamin Furystrykar.

So Remington and Duncan have aged to children. Traci is in her final trimester of pregnancy and giving birth any hour now. The family moved to the penthouse in San Myshuno. I am renovating the entire penthouse so that it can work out for the family. I am putting the toddler room downstairs and the master bedroom. I deleted the basketball court. Not sure the floor plan for downstairs yet but I will work more on that later. I am excited to see how it turns out!

So here we are back with the Bristols in San Myshuno. So much has happened with Madison and Melissa since we last saw them. So Madison now has a goal of becoming a famous actress when she grows up. She joined the drama club and got to work practicing her acting. She practiced at home for a while and then decided to go to the park where she ran into a certain someone. I may or may not have goals for them to get together later on.
She met Orange Bailey-Moon who she has a huge crush on. I guess she can say hello, stay cool.
She then asked for his autograph which he nicely decided to give her.
Morgan Fyres for sure was not keeping her cool.
It was finally winter in San Myshuno, which meant one day of snow. Madison enjoyed it while she could.
Then Winterfest came. The girls were so excited. The decorated the tree together.
The opened gifts in the afternoon. Poor Madison got a carrot.
Then father winter arrived. His name was Jeremy (really sims?).
The next day Madison headed to Del Sol Valley to seek out celebrities and explore the museum with props from her favorite movies. She ran into a few celebs who were happy to give madison their autographs. I mean who can resit a cute child?
Later in the week it was New Years and Madisons birthday. So Melissa threw a little get together.

It made me sad, I'd been planning on having her shoot to stardom after releasing a bunch of break-up songs but the game had other ideas! I had Thorne plead with the Grim Reaper but nope. She had so much left to live...

While the kids where at school and Bella off to work Mortimer had the whole house to himself, since it was his day off of work. Altho he wasent completely alone, the family pet Cat Goth was also lurking around the home. (yes i didnt pick the pets name im using a save from plumbella's world) Since the house was quiet, Mortimer decided to do some work on the computer and try to finish his latest book.
After he finished his book he decided since his family wasen't going to be home for a few more hours, he decided to go get some lunch at the park next to his house. As he walked up to the stand he saw a famous celebrity Judy Ward also ordering some food. He decided to play it cool and keep his enthusiasm contained and asked Nina client who was working the booth if he could get some yogurt.
When Nina set his bowl of yogurt on the counter Judy ward snatched it right off the counter! Awkward glaces soon followed about what to do. Neither Nina or Mortimer wanted to say anything to the celebrity so Mortimer gave a wink to Nina letting her know it was ok and he quickly payed for the yogurt and walked away. Least knowing he payed for a meal for the Celebrity boosted his confidence.
Once arrive back home Mortimer decided that it was a lovely day to maybe grill some hamburgers instead! Only once he started i guess he had put a bit to much lighter fluid on the Grill and well.......
Luckily after a brief freak out he pulled out the extinguisher and put the fire out....
Meowing could be head behind him as his heart raced as he stared at the now burnt Grill. He decided to comfort Cat Goth. After all snuggled form a pet can put anyone back into a good mood right?
Then after collecting himself Mortimer though it best to leave the cooking to his wife an decided to make a ham and cheese samwitch instead.
Not to much to report today Casandra & Alexander both had Birthdays! Casandra Now a Young adult and Alexander a teen. With Casandra's love of music her parents bought her a violin and that busking stand so she could practice outside the home and make a little money off of it. While Alexander requested that he didnt need any presents on his birthday.
I am wondering if Miko is feeling very insecure about her pregnancy lol while watching my sim beautifying herself in the mirror in this photo...... (MC Command Center - gotta love that story progression)

For those interested can enjoy~ But to sum up what you need to know to follow along is: Jade had a daughter named Gemma, over the years she got increasingly more difficult in behaviors. Once Gemma hit her teens she developed a hatred for Jade like no other due to the fact that her Jade (her mom) hid her other mom (Yuki Bher. Using the settings in create a sim to allow this) away from her keeping to secret. Jade was only doing this as protection from abandonment and pain. However, Gemma did not believe that. She met Yuki with the help of her half brother (Javesh, same mom, but he had a good relationship with Yuki all along). Anyways anything Jade said after that to explain her side fell on death ears. During a trip to a Winter-fest cabin for a night, things finally reached their breaking point. Gemma snapped and uh well. She was the only one found alive when park rangers came to check on them.
________________________________ This is where the story continues Jade's legacy is over and now Gemma is the only one left.
After finding Gemma knocked out, battered and bruised but alive surrounded by her dead family and one park ranger. Police and detectives swarmed the place. They had no suspects but interviewed Gemma who was in clear shock. It seemed real because it was, at least her mind protected her from 'remembering' the dark deeds she had done.
They released her into the care of the Zest family upon her plea and the well known realsionship they shared. More interviews happened for those close to the family as Gemma curled up just wanting to sleep.
Gianna Zest was horrified. This type of tragedy was impossible to take in, she'd known the Stone family since toddlerhood. Despite Gemma's hate, she knew Jade was not as bad as that. Abby was always kind, little Flint loved to sing and little Amber was full of joy... now they were gone. She felt inexplicable pain for Gemma. What could she do? What could she say? As she stood over her sleeping friend, the girl decided, "I can be there for her....if only that. I will."
Gemma managed to get up, washed, dress in PJ's and put something in her stomach all with help and encouragement from the Zest Family. As she quietly said she wanted to sleep in her bed (she often ran away here so it was dubbed hers) in Gianna's room. The girl watched over her as she slept more. Her heart hurt so bad but right then in there the words she whispered did not seem good enough so Gianna whispered out again her voice compassionate and serious, "I promise... no, I vow, I vow an oath. To always watch out for you. To protect you and always be here when you need me."
Time passes and things began to normalize and as they do, the two keep gravitating towards one another but for what? Why? Gianna does not want to to take advantage of Gemma and her feelings. But nearly a year has passed. They celebrated Snowflake day and it was new years today. But they both felt it. Gianna could not hold it in anymore not while Gemma looks at her like that. Was she really taking advantage?
Gemma looks surprised..... but her heart beats fast. She truly loves Gianna. None of her hate, temper was ever directed or taken out on her. She has been her, ear, rock. They had been friends for as far back as she could remember. Now? Now more.
After the kiss though something inside of this psycho path snapped. She knew what she was, even if she was hiding it from herself. Could she really drag Gianna into her world of destruction? Or her family? What was she doing? They were normal and among the people she cared for.... she could not just, just. Wetness fled from her eyes for he first time in a long time. "I can't...." Desperate to get away from her mind, she went out to some bars and met Yuki there together celebrated the news years.
When Gemma woke up she was alone in Yuki's house. She had not realized it bit everything had been shut off before and moved out. she was alone. Maybe it was the juice or bubbles but she had passed out. She remembered the last conversation they had about the money she inherited from the property value of the land of her old home. She also recalled Yuki was a hacker... two and two connected and that profession was not so cool anymore. She had given info to that account and she was sure there was nothing inside anymore. Picking herself up, she went back to the Zest and tried to enjoy the rest of the new years.
When she turned 18 she was assured she had a home here, no need to fret, but Gemma was ready to move on. She asked for only money from everyone and sold a couple of would-not-be-missed- things on simbay. Just enough to get a deposit on a small apartment. She snuck out one bright Oasis Morning not even saying goodbye.
The now young adult sat alone in her apartment finishing a bowl of crackers. I dunno what will be in store for Gemma but it does not look good.... I miss Jade already ;w;; Also along with her erratic, art lover, hates children characteristics. She got some "lovely" character values, uncontrollable emotions, irresponsibility, argumentative. *sigh* this is were I'll leave it for now.

Ben didn't have to go to work until 5pm and Faye had a day off so they decided a little quality time was in order, maybe something a little romantic....
And then Bella Goth showed up at the door in her athletic outfit. Well, being nice people Faye and Ben couldn't shoo her away so they let her in and she was all doing push ups on the floor, hip bumping and enthusing about keeping fit. Faye and Ben engaged in some chit chat and by lunchtime Bella was ready to leave....only as she was going out, next door neighbour Paul Nice knocked at the door. Paul's love life is in chaos. He likes Summer Holliday but she's friend zoned him. He's recently met another very pretty, fun loving girl but she's....evil. Anyway, Faye and Ben are good friends with Paul so they counselled him and gave him a pep talk when all of a sudden Lily Feng shows up. Lily's tense; Victor's working long hours and she needs to vent. Ben's getting fed up with all these random visitors but Faye and Lily are friends and she needs to talk....
By 3pm Paul and Lily leave and there's a couple of hours before Ben needs to go to work so....they slip into their sexy nighttime wear, retire to the bedroom for a bit of woo-hoo. Ahh, bliss at last.
Until there's a knock on the door. It's Eric Lewis and he wants to talk. Faye and Ben pretend they're not home. Eric leaves, Ben goes to work and he gets a promotion!
All's well that ends well.
