He's probably sad because he didn't have the money to buy a proper shirt. Poor guy. He's lucky we don't have Seasons yet.
these pictures of the townies at their best LOL! I have seen some of the worst of townies fashion in this game its just so funny. I get a kick out of this.

@Orchid13 Thanks XD the pool is more like a lake from a lot I made to look like New York Central Park, is in the gallery if you want XD
I had an angel there that I made for taking some screenshots while those two decided to walk like in a catwalk for fashion impaired sims lol XD but sometimes the townies get the wings for themselves too and is awful. I have to change them one by one

Capes, wings and top hats oh my!! There's a whole lot of craziness going on in your game!!! Also, it looks like that guy in the hat has no eyes.. Its very creepy......

LOL I didn't notice this XD and I think I had settings for sims on maximum AT THAT time. -.- My game is possessed! OR Vampires confirmed, where is @Colton147147 ? he can prob confirm it too as usual

I know CC massively increases the chance of townie fashion disasters, but I have found (again) that no CC is needed for badly dressed NPCs...
The guy with the pink trousers and blue shoes... Not that the others have much style.
(If you're wondering about the better dressed Sim on the left, she's my main Sim momentarily (at least in the save I was playing yesterday) - she's one of the many beautiful Sims made by @isleroux, although I assembled this outfit myself).

Here I was playing another household and found my simself busting a move in a clown outfit.
This isn't the worst outfit, but her facial expression and clinched fists make her look a bit crazy and definitely creepy.
