Help with selecting pc parts!

My graphics card is still good and the dvd drive, card reader and a brand new 550w power supply! I’d like to reuse these in a new pc. However I’m at a loss with which case, motherboard, memory and processor. I want to get things to both reuse what I have but also be able to upgrade down the road when time and cash allows. However I’m not as technically suave as some here so I’m turning to the people who love what I do Sims! Plus I figured you guys understand why it’s important to me that it work on sims series 2-4!

My current goal is to get a pc together ASAP so I can play sims and get my iPad backed up! I will be buying windows 10 for it and at least a 1 TB HDD. I’m in the USA and a Amazon prime member so if I can get it with my prime and use the free 2 day shipping even better.
