Not a townie, this is Tetsuya from the Snowy Escape trailer. He's dating my sim and I had him move in. They went to the Festival of Light together, and for some reason when I told him to wear the festival kimono he put on a santa hat and heels with it.

I was going to delete Fufu, (random townie) but thanks to all yous, he's "immortal" now in my game. heh heh!

@SimsLady2000 Yeah! I went into Sims4Studio a few times with a long list of clothing mostly to turn off random. It was driving me nuts!
Whe nI get CC clothing like for costumes of something, I usually check all the settings on each item. Still there's a few I haven't gotten to for the "stile" like a ballroom dress that is under swimwear. Thankfully it's not on random though, or I may have someone swimming in a ballroom dress with butterfly wings or who knows what combo lol!
I'm the same way, to an extent. I've left some townies in kooky outfits, because they "give the place some character." I intervene quickly in the case of the crazy layered effects--high green athletic socks with a miniskirt and a pair of ski boots, etc. I really need to take a few screenshots before the makeover begins.
Townies are randomized with the weirdest outifts in my game too! One of the townies was wearing the Tragic Clown hair. I think it is the most weird when you download CC because townies are randomized with the weirdest CC!
