Pregnant Sim Stuck at Hospital

She has been checking in at the front desk for 6 hours but nothing is happening! I can't send her home as she won't move and I can't quit without savign as I saved after she arrived at the hospital? Thanks in advance.

Hello.
Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

Also see if resetting the sim using the resetSim (first name) ( second name ) cheat helps.

Also delete the cache files.
