Did you know there's a clown service, that for a fee will torment and terrorize your chosen victim for their birthday? In the week or so leading up to their birthday, they'll receive threatening texts, emails, calls etc from a crazy clown saying they're going to be attacked and on the big day they will get a pie to the face.
