Honestly lol I just woke up and had the same idea. I know the thread is old but it would be sooooo cool! Maybe there could also be cheap broken down hotels which you could renovate step by step :D. Or even motels? It could be handked like the diner expansion pack but maybe it would be cool if the owner of the hotel himself…
