I don't know if I commented here or not I didn't see my username so I guess not but what I'd like.
Vechiles
Burglars
Preteen
Spiral Staircase
Personal Sim simoleon account open by player so instead of being a household account they their own.
Played Sick Sims have a chance to go to the doctors just like the pets go to the vet.
Classes have actual gameplay for HSY.
No more social media jobs.
Can we have a crock pot, a food processor, a blender, and a juicer, a toaster.
Kids have stuff to do after school.
More Apartments.
More Vacation Location that is severely lacking in game.
More play activities since infants are coming out strollers for both infants and toddlers.
I've already made a comment in this thread saying what I'd like, but I've thought of one more.
The Werewolf pack has a setting to restrict Werewolves in beast form to Moonwood Mill. One that you can uncheck to have them show up anywhere. Good Idea. Realism players won't have to see werewolves if they don't want to, and players who do like them can have them show up all the time.
So... Why not have similar options for the other occult sims? Why not have a "Restrict Spellcasters to Magic Realm" for Spellcasters? Or a "Restrict Vampires to Forgotten Hollow" for Vampires? What about the option for undisguised Aliens to only show up on Sixam? (Mermaids are a bit of an oddball out here. I can't think of a good toggle for them. But the fact your Sim has to learn Mermaids exist before they'll start showing up might make a toggle unnecessary.) Options that, if unchecked, will have the occults show up everywhere.
A moving day or neighborhood pack or kit adding more focus on the neighborhood your sim lives in and new households moving in or out.
Daycare owners/ worker as a career.
Strollers for kids to be able to be out with parents & a playdate option Dual lot option for either 2-3 businesses on a single lot , a home business or 2 to 3 separate households on a single residential lot.

Even though it's year's away before it ends. This is the stuff I want before the game becomes a legacy game.
1.Faries
2.Perment plant sims
3.Bands with a singing career
4.Create a world
5.Hotels/resorts
6.arcades
7.Imaginary friends
8.Retro pack for the 90's and 2000's
All would be cool with the exception of 1,2 and 7 lol
1. Singers (semi-open career with different branches)
2. Cars
3. Casinos
4. more gameplay for kids (e.g. playground equipment, rope skipping, hop-scotch, etc.)
5. more gameplay for elders (e.g. special interactions with grandchildren, bingo, walking with a cane, etc.)
6. more hobbies (e.g. pottery, sewing, glas blowing, nectar making, magic, play drums)
7. buglars and alarms
8. new careers (e.g. model, dentist, banker)
9. new part-time jobs (e.g. janitor, private teaching, DJ, book store clerk, delivery person, maid, etc.)
I definitely would like more non rabbit hole careers. I would actually pay for these add ons even if they did them in sets over the course of next year. It would give your sims goals to look forward and careers to work on. It would also be nice to have businesses available for exploration based on the new careers.
For example-
- Bankers = Banks and atms to use and manage in game economy
- Taxi driver (Please devs) - cars and a 3rd person car driving experience around worlds with the opportunity to make friends, earn clients or even make enemies during taxi trips
- All part time jobs should also be non rabbit hole - even if it has to be small scale animation like Paranormal expert for instance, it should still give you the option to JOIN THE JOB and experience the work. Being a janitor across multiple worlds would be cool.
- Increased NPC immersion and interaction- I hope for more dynamic, unexpected and unpredictable interactions from NPCs you meet i.e. a random NPC threatens to fight you in the library or an NPC pickpockets you and you have to come across them again somehow in game to get your money back....MAYBE. We need more excitement in game and for all of the folks that don't want that in their game, there should be a toggle option.
1. Height adjuster in CAS 2. Hotels/Motels 3. Active Amusement Parks and Water Parks 4. Cars 5. Horses, Ponies and Unicorns 6. Fairies 7. Zombies 8. Active Elementary School 9. Active Day Care 10. More Active careers like a Firefighting career or a Dental Hygiene career 11. More pets like reptiles 12. Apartments in more worlds 13. Create A World or the ability to edit existing worlds 14. Heterochromia eyes for sims 15. More playground equipment like slides for kids 16. Arcades 17. Summer Camp 18. Worlds inspired by India, Tokyo, Australia etc. 19. Funerals 20. Bands/Singing career 21. Dance Studios and Theaters for Plays and Musicals
Hmm
-bug fixes
-more pack refreshes
- more hobbies/activities for sims to do with each other
- turn on/turn offs or other attraction system
And to a lesser extent
- hotels
- vehicles

I love these!!
Adding:
More worlds to vacation at!! I loved being able to explore the tombs in the different worlds together with my Sims
Getting higher college degrees....BA, MA, PHD
Add to seasons, more weather and natural craziness
The ocean, be able to swim everywhere, underwater exploration that we can see and control
Be able to walk onto a beach and spearfish.
Be able to make Wine and nectars, I loved finding them too
Animals not tethered to sheds and more of them. Plus some exotic animals.
More careers that we can join.
Better Aliens, not the robot looking ones. And can men still get pregnant with alien babies
More spells!!
Did I mention secret places to explore with your Sims
I'm sure I will think of a thousand more later I think this is a good start.
New TV stations: Exercise channel, animal channel, music video channel and sci-fi channel
Fitness Stuff came with 2 exercise channels (floorwork and dance workout).
MTV is available on TVs with upgrades.
Sci-fi is sort of available via movie format with Movie Hangout or with the Alien Channel when a GTW crafted satellite dish is on the lot (alien sitcoms, news etc).
A pilgrim Thanksgiving game pack modeled after the Plimoth Plantation museum
A Caribbean pirate game pack.
An expansion pack for some type of underground apocalypse city or maybe a space station. Something not out in the sunshine. Combined with some type of hacker stuff pack.
Ancient Rome expansion pack combined with a Biblical lands game pack
Maybe some game packs with worlds and stuff inspired by the American Girls dolls. The roaring 20s, the great depression, etc.
I want more for the elderly sims. Things like retirement parties, retirement homes, fix the bug where sims who retire show up as unemployed in the career panel. And more activities for them to do while retired besides knitting and watching their grandkids.
I want more for the toddlers/children in terms of skill building; I miss the lemonade stand and the easy-bake oven from the Sims 2. I also miss that toddlers and children had cute little interactions that they could do autonomously.
I want teens and adults to have a clear line of separation; "mess around" and "woohoo" look the exact same way. Fix the E-window from High School Years so teens can really sneak out. Fix Parenthood and High School Years so that punishment and mistakes that teens make actually elicit emotions. Teens who drop out of school, sneak out, or get bad grades should have some sort of punishment and moodlet; same with the parents. Teens are also lacking in certain traditions...Teens should be learning how to drive, special moodlets for the first time shaving, more opportunities for "firsts". First kiss, first date, first "A", first time at Prom, first time messing around, first time being grounded, etc.
Aging should stop in Discover University so Sims can really enjoy their years and not be penalized for it. By the time my Y.A graduates university and starts working, they're basically an adult.
I do think that driving should be introduced and have different animations; teens who are learning to drive and elderly that are close to passing away should have a lot more swerving and like problems with randomly breaking. Driver's License can be in a Sims inventory after they study and pass a test on a computer. Y.A and adults should be able to drive children and teens to school, or their after school activities. Family road trips, family vacations, etc should be based on driving. Carpool should also come back or at least be an option for those without a car or who can't drive. Cars should require maintenance and repairs (using the Handiness skill) or calling a mechanic NPC for a charge.
Hobbies Game Pack
End of the World/Into The Future Expansion Pack
More Apartments
Something else for Elders to do, a game pack focused on them
More community lots and things to do like Downtown from The Sims 1 Hot Date with populated stores, a shopping mall, supermarket

This kind of came with StrangerVille. You can train on the robotic dummies and spar other sims, but it only builds Fitness Skill.
Fitness Stuff came with 2 exercise channels (floorwork and dance workout).
