Premade Family Couple

I'm a huge fan on the Premade Sims from the Maxis Creator gallery profile which features a lot of Sims which feature in the trailers. There a couple which has featured in a lot of official media but I can't find them anywhere!

Does anyone know if the couple with the baby in the top left hand corner of this picture ever got downloaded?
