Lost the restaurant 'Dine Out' comes with (where to find?)

Hey everyone,
I have this on going love/hate battle with new downloads.. usually after a new expansion pack if i forget to turn mods back on before entering my sims home, they are all bald/naked/house is empty (yea i use quite a bit of mods)
with that being said, today i downloaded Dine Out and it let me place down a restaurant. then i went into my sims home (excited to play, and being forgetful) and they were all bald. I ended up having to go to an old save to get back my everything.
So after doing this, i went to go to the restaurant and realized it was gone. and i cant find it. its not anywhere else on my map and its not in my folder of homes.
can anyone tell me where I can find it? hoping I can have my food and my hair!

The 6 maxis restaurants that come with the pack are in your library. You can place them from the library into your game.

After updating with the game patch ( or if you turned off your mods/cc when installing the pack ) , did you save the game before re enabling the mods/cc box and exiting the game? If you did, then you would have saved the game with your sims not having cc . After updating, reenable the mods/cc button in game options, then exit the game straightaway without going to your game and saving. Then go back into the game and the cc will still be on your sims.
