Welcome to Makeover Move In in this competition every month a new family will request
you to renovate their brand new house. All of these houses are run down and outdated
and are in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. You can change every part of the house except
for aspects requested to remain the same by the owners and you cannot change the basic
layout of the house either (don’t move the walls around unless requested).
The house will be uploaded to the gallery the topic will also include the families profile as
well which will include who they are and what they want the house to look like plus any
extra things as well. At the end of the month post your renovated home on the page with
pictures and the winner will get a badge and will be put on the winner’s board as well.

- No cheating with gallery room downloads
- You are allowed to post your creation on the gallery
- List all packs used in the build
- Must not go over the budget

- Each of these will have a 10 out of 10 judging system.
- Exterior Design (Is well done and)
- Interior Design (Is it well done and stylish).
- Includes the Must Haves & Objects (Does it give what the family wants).

Family: Lynda & Brian
Age: 21 & 24
Bio: Lynda is currently working as a chef in a small restaurant in town and Brian works as a Nurse at the local hospital. Trying to find their own home they bought this hose because of the great location but hope to get it fixed up before they move in.
Must Haves: A great modern kitchen, entertainment area for house parties, modern urban design, A cozy bedroom and a lot of plants inside and outside of the house.
Objects that must be included: Computer, T.V. and Barbecue
