Eye Defaults and Custom Skintones Not Working After March 26th Patch.

After tracking down a piece of CC that was causing my game to not load up, I checked the eyes section and found that having defaults causes the eye colors to not show up. I had to remove them in order to see the eye colors again. Also, custom skin colors (not skins, but the actual skin color) aren't showing up. The Sims I made before this patch are still showing up with them, but I can't select the custom skin colors anymore... Is anyone else having these issues?
