give F keys warning messages in both modes

I didn't know what F1 did. At the most at the end of building a house, I never saved my progress I don't think so, at some point I couldn't type in the search boxes, for an unknown reason. So, I though I would go through the keys just in case I pressed something that made typing stop. I had to check it out, because I couldn't type in the house name box. Add warning messages like every else gives warnings.
+disregard this, a warning might be useful. I eyes panicked, because I was just started to build in Newcrest. When tabbing out by F1 my eyes saw every other lot before my lot that I was working on. My house was fine. Excuse me. I would like to be able to delete this, thank you.
