I think it's both City Living and Vampires that's bugged I've seen sims in weirdo outfits not just vampire outfits. I felt the game was to limited before but the parenthood game pack added a need function to the game I now don't get bored playing with having child sims in the household. And toddlers have been quite fun to play with since they arrived and can also be quite annoying too. I found I hate some of the phases and mood swings…
