Thanks Pary :) I didn't like many of the kids' clothes at All About Style but the Lauren collection for girls is adorable :) I downloaded them years ago but don't use them often as I feel like they are cold weather clothes and it's always sunny in my game since I don't have Seasons installed ;)
And to you ! <3 I like that picture. My parents are in the UK this year, so there isn't any rushing around for me to do. My sister is going to a friends place with her family, and mine will be lazing at home. I've got the Turkey defrosting, and we have a Christmas Pudding and a Pav, so all the work is already done. I love a lazy relaxing Christmas ! Merry Christmas to you and yours :) I wish you all the very best.
It's only my son and I and it won't be anything special. Slow roasted shoulder of lamb with potatoes and veggies. The lamingtons are being made now. We both love lamb so all's good. Boxing Day will be a little more festive and spent with my sister and her family so I imagine the real eating will be done then ;) I will be preparing some salads and pav for that and I have no idea what she's preparing but I am sure it will be good. I lost my taste for Turkey when I lived in the States - not that I ever really liked it ;) I have always been a lamb kinda person :) I hope all is well with your family and that you have a wonderful time!
That sounds lovely! We only ever eat Turkey once a year, so I look forward to it, I really love it. I love lamb too, oh and lamingtons, YUM. Do you make them yourself? I can't make a sponge to save my life, I am just not good at that. I love cooking, but I don't really enjoying baking. I will wait until my future daughter-in-law gets here for that. She loves to bake.
Pary - I am a cheat! I made very simple lamingtons with a simple butter cake recipe cooked in muffin pans. At least I cooked them from scratch ;) For 2 people it is hardly worth the bother to do a proper sponge. Now that my lamb is in the oven, I will need to whip up some cream, split the lamingtons and fill them with cream and jam. I do love baking but don't get much opportunity these days and I certainly don't need to be eating tons of baked goods ;) At 5'1" I would end up as wide as I am tall :p Fortunately I am small thanks to my Japanese heritage but the English side of the family are pretty plump and I don't want to be like them!
