  The Sims Resource is my go-to CC site. It's free and has a lot of ads but the creators that contribute to the site have been around for a long time and make some amazing things. You'll find everything from hair, make-up, clothing and room sets and lots. I have been using the site since The Sims was released and I have never had a problem with anything I have downloaded. Have fun shopping for your Sims.
