Adding: Be less "happy" all the time, and fear something.

-Fry chicken etc. in your fryer
-serve/take food and drink at the same time (instead of making drinks at the bar, put them in your fridge and take them out and put them on the table when your sim get their plate of food)
-skate or bmx in a half-pipe
-give your kids pocketmoney which they can keep in their piggybank
-order chinese, sushi and spareribs instead of just pizza

having odd dreams I mean they can have nightmares so why not odd dreams
having holidays would be good as well as Santa and gift giving and mistletoe
-Change clothing of babies?
-Professor/academic career (I have a sim I'd love to do this with). Could even be interactive (correcting papers and writing for journals)?
-More instruments such flutes, trumpets, and clarinets, and be able to form a band that has "gigs" (possibly set up like social event goals?)
-Different types of bassinets?
-Kids can play cops and robbers and Mary Mack with their friends (it was fun watching them do these. I loved cops and robbers as a kid)
-Playing tag
-More activities and skills for elders (maybe even exclusively for elders)
