So after searching for a while, looking at the pc that I want online, and comparing prices, it looks like it might be cheaper for me to buy the parts and go to a local pc shop and have them assemble (hoping it won't be over $120 since I'm providing everything). The thing is, the last time I had a pc built for me the hubby did it, and this was years ago (think The Sims lol). He's no longer into pcs, and super busy with his career.
But could someone look over what I've added to my list for possible purchase. Let me know if something is over kill, something that I don't needs, etc.
Also before I forget, I already have a 1060 but I also want to get a 1070, could I have both of those installed at the same time? Or is that over kill?
Last, If I get the liquid CPU cooler do I need the regular CPU cooler? And what about fans?
Sorry for all of the questions, guys. I'm just use to going into the store or online and just buying everything already assembled.
One more question, should I add an SSD for boot up?

Obviously a price difference between the two. Can they run the sims at max settings? What price would you set each at?
