Stuff packs not showing in origin

So Ive been having an issue where some of my stuff packs are not showing up. I have all the EP and SP but only 2 SP show up in origin
I have the disks and I installed one by disk and it still doesnt show up

ALSO
I have the disk for 70, 80, 90 stuff but it wont let me install it

If these are registered packs and still not showing on your account, you need to contact EA through Origin. Go to the Origin website, click on Help, scroll to the bottom and you should see Contact Us.
