Are there any simmers in arabic countries?

Hello, i newly moved into UAE recently and tying to get a new pc for the sims here, but I'm worried about the room temperatures in apt. So I want to get one with good cooling system. Would you recommend any good one for the sims 3 and 4? Thanks.
