Permanent Sunburn

One of my Sims has a permanent sunburn and I cannot get rid of it. I know there was a mod by moreawesomethanyou but I cannot find anywhere to download it. Anyone know where I can get the lot debugger mod?

@JULES1111 thank you so much This was driving me crazy. My poor sim is probably in a lot of pain...lol
