Getting into Sims 3 again, but need help!

I gave up with Sims 4 and not have played Sims 3 in awhile. I am trying to build my town but cannot find the Fae Ray Gardens. I cannot remember correctly, but do I have to go to Midnight Falls to find the Fae Ray Gardens and save it to my library? I am looking in Midnight Falls for it, but cannot find it. I can't remember if certain worlds had certain lots that you had to save to your library in order to access them in different worlds, is this correct? Thanks for any help. NIki

There is Moonlight Falls from Supernatural or Midnight Hollow from the Store. The Fae Ray Gardens is in Moonlight Falls. If it is not in the community lot bin for placement, you would need to save it to your library.

That lot with the Fae Ray Gardens is quite large, I could never find a spot for it in any of my worlds but the item itself is under Community Lots.
