Can't download fron store all of a sudden

Hi all.
I was playing Appaloosa Plains then saved and quit. I have restarted Sims 3 and now I cannot download anything at all. I am logged into the sims site in IE and I have cleared my cache and have cleared all history, but in the game launcher my world does not show up and I cannot download anything because I keep getting a menu to enter email/password combo and it accepts neither. I have reset my password and I am logged into the site vie IE, but still can't download, re-entered new password. Appaloosa Plains world is gone, yet it shows up in my saved folder but not in the world folder on my PC. I am running Windows 10 on a new computer. Help if anyone can!
