Mod for paintings

We all have gone jogging or to places where you see easels with paintings left on them by other sims.. If they are in a place you can't edit, and the painting was made by a townie sim, you can't get rid of them..

Please someone with talent for making mods, make one that has all sims auto put painting in their inventory..
