    More lot trait/CAS slots please!

    I'd love to be able to give my homes and sims more than three CAS traits and lot traits. Why couldn't there be five slots like they have for sims in sims 3?
    Edit: I know you can purchase traits for your sims using aspiration points, but my question still stands.

      I think the limits are imposed simply because there aren't that many to choose from. I think they also said that too many traits made the sims seem bipolar with the new emotion system.

      Sims 4 base game had 37 traits, while Sims 3 base game had about 60. (I'm not counting reward traits, because I don't consider them personality traits.) If there were no limits, the lack of options would be more obvious.

      As for lot traits, I don't see the harm in letting us choose more for each lot.
