CAW World Not Exporting, All Searched Ideas Failed

Ok, so I struggled for an eternity just to get Create a World to install at all. THEN I had to struggle to get it to start up. Then I had to struggle to make the world I wanted to edit, editable. And now that I've finally done all that... after a solid day of frustration... and I actually edited Lucky Palms to make lots of room for resorts... THE PLUM THING WON'T EXPORT.

I have searched far and wide. Tried every forum idea most of them dating back to forever ago. I have moved my mods folder, DCCache, deleted all other caches. Tried the thing people suggested with moving the world file to my desktop. Nothing. Nothing is working. Not even backing up my whole sims folder and giving it a fresh one. I am pulling out my hair, please. Somebody help me because this thing is going to give me a stroke lol Maybe an aneurism. Or both.
