Online Gifting Issue

Hi, I've been sharing online gifts with my 2 friends. Both registered all EPs on Origin. Friend A inactivated Island Paradise but there was no problem to send a shark tooth via mail box but friend B activated all EPs but it keeps showing like this.
I have no idea what's wrong with my friend B. I visited her page and confirmed all EPs and SPs were registered at thesims3com too but still can't send it. Is there any good idea for this please?
