LOL It would be hilarious if they've added a swearing thought or speech bubble similar to your suggestion. I guess we'll see. For now we've only seen the red swearing thought bubble in the picture posted above.
A plum reference would indeed be a very funny joke. Now I am imagining Sims acting shocked when confronted with a plum tree. Maybe that might explain why plums aren't a collectible fruit in the game?
