    Hiw to determine babies sex with the doctor.

    I can't determine sex of a pregnant Sims baby with the doctor I have she is level 10 in the medical career and the option won't come up under friendly social.

      I've had this issue as well. Sometimes it shows up but most of the time it won't.

      Stupid bug most likely from the vampire game pack.

      I guess you have to be in the second trimester to be able to tell gender of baby
