Get to work - invention constructor bug

I know that some people (including myself) have experienced a bug with the invention constructor thing where it pauses in between animations for some time before it actually builds the invention completely.
I remember someone creating a mod for this but I cant seem to find it now. Does anyone know of the mod I'm talking about?
