Advice For New Win 10 Settings Please

I got the message on my laptop about the new win 10 update coming.

When I first got my win 10 laptop people here posted the best way to stay safe from Microsoft knowing all your business.
Help would be appreciated.
I have everything turned off, and there are two new options I'm unsure of having on or off.
