Can't use Create a world

I press create a world and it says I need TS3. I already have TS3.

You need to have the correct version of CAW for your game's patch level. EA has produced one for 1.67 and one for 1.69, they can't be mixed and matched, in case this is the issue. If downloading a fresh copy of either one, I would strongly suggest using a browser other than IE for it. We've seen a lot of reports of IE kicking up an unnecessary "bad signature" error on the download file and not allowing the players to access it.
