Warning when Evicting that it's not a Delete

I see a lot of players who end up with duplicate Sims in their world because they use Evict thinking it removes the household from the game completely, not just from the home. Perhaps there could be a clickthrough that says that Evict will leave the household in the Not in World section of household management, and the household Sims can still appear in the game if the household isn't deleted in Household Management? Or perhaps provide an option to delete the household after evicting?
