Looking for a lot

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place. I wasn't sure where to put it.
I know this probably a long shot but I'm looking for this lot that I used to have in my TS3 game and would like to get it back if possible. Unfortunately this is the only picture that I have of it. I believe it had 3 bedrooms. There was a basement and also a sun room. The inside was decorated with a real cozy, homey feeling ... lots of paneling. I think it was a pretty popular builder that I downloaded from but I can't remember who it was.
