Hi @marcel21! Usually that should only happen if your device has been shaken around... the Sims get a bit motion sick However, if you lay your device on a flat surface for a minute or two, it should come good!

Hi @marcel21, I can assure you that Sims can vomit after a device has been shaken in true and not made up. I've done it in my own game, and it's a sneaky animation we put into the game a very long time ago.
