sims 3 university issue - mailbox

i don't know if i accidentally deleted the university mailbox on a dorm lot or if it just disappeared on its own. is there any way to get it back? i've read elsewhere (on the old sims 3 boards) that there's a university mailbox in the buydebug miscellaneous catalog, but i've never been able to find one. any thoughts?

Isn't it the case that the mailbox for a Dorm is built into the Bulletin Board that one usually finds just outside of the building -- is that what got deleted?

There isn't a university bulletin board/mailbox in buydebug, unfortunately. There's a mod that adds one though:
