The Sims 4: Distant future EP, Stanford Torus as a world.

So I was think for a Distant Future theme, and for a new world, I was thinking for a huge space ship which is the Stanford Torus.
here's the concept
The architectural theme should Neo-Futuristic just like Simcity: Cities of Tomorrow.
The atmosphere and sky should be totally be different and overhauled
we can see planets and asteroids/comets and the colorful galaxy
