So i saw this thing on the sims 3 forum because i needed more land for my sims becasue i need to place a boat (I evicted the Lonely Lover and moved him elsewhere in Island Paradise so I could have his house and now i need more room) and i followed the comment from flutter eyes from this forum:

and i saved my household with my house into the bin and then evicted my sims then deleted the house AND the plot too and whenever try to place land down it says:
'Can't place on un-routable terrain'
It works with small chunks of land but I want the land to be bigger as i mentioned. I tried other places and they say the same message so how can i fix the terrain or fix the problem?
