Hi! I have some suggestions for your art.
1- The anatomy and proportions are pretty okay, but don't forget to practice, practice, and practice! You can never have enough practice with human form.
2- One rule of painting is to not blur the outlines or make them indistinguishable. I can't tell where the line of her arm begins and ends, and realistically that's problem. The brush you used for her body would be better for the back ground, and the brush you used for the background would be better for Bella's body. Whatever your art style is in the end, always begin with realistic drawings. That way your style can branch off and be more true to actual proportions.
3. Backgrounds. Just backgrounds. Until you have a good grasp of them, study paintings by professional artists and look at their backgrounds. Backgrounds are really important to an image, and I suggest playing around a lot and trying to experiment with color tones and lighting as well as studying.
I hope my criticism helps you do better, and have a nice day!
