    Basically, I forgot my Origin Email, I looked up to play sims again you would need to uninstall it and create a new acccount. So I did, I then tried to enter the seiral code,but its not letting me, Saying the code's already been used. Please help drastically x

      you need to contact ea directly regarding any account info. You would have to try an recover your old account. You cant re-register your games under a new account

      Within the US you can call 866-543-5435 free. If I recall correctly, I had to be logged in to chat to an agent.

      You cant call ea anymore. If you use the above link I posted and you live in the USA you can request a call back rather than using chat. I believe the call back option does not show up unless it is during EA business hours
