I Can't Download Riverview

Hi, I've had The Sims 3 for a few months now and I just found out about the free town, Riverview. I thought I'd check It out, so I tried to download the world from the store, but after a few minutes of downloading, I get a message that says,

"There was an error while downloading the content. Please check the log for more details

I tried to look for a solution on the web, and I found something saying that deleting your store content and any third-party stuff would fix it.
So, I did that, and reinstalled my stuff again in the order they said (Worlds,Sets,single items).

But again, I couldn't download Riverview. I tried downloading my other uninstalled store stuff, and they downloaded perfectly fine.

Does anyone have any advice of what to do?

Which browser are you using to initiate the download? Have you tried an alternative?

Hi, @Mykull495!
Open the Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Sims3LauncherLogFile.log with notepad, copy the text found inside and past it here. I hope it says more. (I've downloaded Riverview few days a go and I've not had problems with it).

AW35- I use Chrome, and I also tried Firefox, but neither worked for me.

@Mykull495 I'm downloading this now from Riverview page on igs.com http://igs.thesims3.com/riverview.html?categoryId=12642&scategoryId=12642&index=0&productId=OFB-SIM3:23468 .
I have downloaded Riverview.Sims3Pack from http://store.thesims3.com/riverview.html?categoryId=12642&section=UpSell, yours Sims3Pack is in launcher called RiverviewFinal2. I'm wondering there are more versions? (http://na.lvlt.sims3store.cdn.ea.com/s/p/sims/sims3/sims3store/objects/Riverview/RiverviewFinal2.Sims3Pack?nvb=20140813060539&nva=20140813075539&token=032ef785746abfafb65d2 this link gives me 403 Forbidden Error).
Are you able to download it from Store page http://store.thesims3.com/riverview.html?categoryId=12642&section=UpSell instead from yours PH?
Page on igs.com has downloaded for me Riverview.Sims3Pack - not RiverviewFinal2.Sims3Pack listed by yours launcher log.
PS: I'm using exclusively Google Chrome and I've never had issues related at this browser.

@Mykull495 : little update I've googled "riverviewFinal2" for you: there are more users with the same problem, in some posts of older date thay haven't got answer, I'vo choosen those 2 for you, from where you can get solution:

I would contact EA help center, there seems to be some problem with entitlement of this free Store World. How to contact them you'll find on 2 link; instructions by crinrict.
