    Monte Vista Script Error

    Hi, I bought the Sims 3 Monte Vista disk yesterday and attempted to install it, when it came time to redeem the code I received an error message saying-

    An error has occurred in a script on this page

    error property doesn't support property or method ' easySlider '

    I updated all my script readers and tried again, same result. So today I went and brought it back and got another copy, came home and the problem persisted, I have taken all the steps I could find to rectify the problem but to no avail, hoping someone here could help me please! :cry::(:cry:

      I had this same problem yesterday and figured out today if you go to My Page, My Account, then Redeem A Code you will be able to put the Monte Vista code in and download the world from the store (which you would have had to do through the launcher anyway).
