I was thinking of having an expansion pack which would contain special "rich people" features. Sort of a combination of Mansion stuff, nightlife, and superstar. These are just some ideas for stuff there could be:
-a special "Country Club" lot which costs money for the right to enter (unless a Sim is invited by a member) with access to things like reduced-price spa treatments, special drinks, "cosmetic surgery", Random party invitations, a "casino" where a sim might earn some money, a marina with yachts, and a "Party room" which the members can use at any time.
-The ability to hire a butler again.
-A bunch of new cars, including limousines. Also, the ability to hire a chauffeur.
-Come to think of it, add a whole slew of personal servants you can hire Poolboy/girl, caterers, massage therapists, personal trainers, Personal assistant and acting coach (it will also be available for the sims to apply for these jobs.)
-Yachts, these don't have to go anywhere, just have them be owned/rented by sims to use for parties or to replenish some needs.
-New architecture elements, such as the sweeping staircase, crystal chandelier, elevators and stages.
-New objects sich as a personal golf course (one hole, obviously) massage table, yoga mat, hot tubs, vanities, recording booth, and new fountains.
-New Jobs. Actor/Actress, Socialite, Dancer, Event Planner and Talent Agent. Some existing jobs (Athlete, Music, Business) will also receive a "celebrity" option.
-The ability to turn metal and gems into objects.
-The Home-owners association. Run by a lady who looks like Miss Crumplebottom, she will reprimand you if you leave stuff out on the lawn, leave your garage door open, or have a garden in bad shape. Alternatively, she may give you a reward for a perfect garden.
Any other ideas?

If golf courses make an appearance in TS3, I would seriously SERIOUSLY like it to be more than just "One hole", I'd want it to be more in-depth than that. (I vision a whole golf course 'full 18 holes', fully interactive, golf carts, beautiful scenery, the works!). Sadly, I think I've lucked out. In the medical career, there is an option to "Play Golf" to raise your Sims fun while at work, I think that's about as in-depth as they're going to go with "Golf".
