Which Kit Should I Buy?

I can't make up my mind so please tell me which one to get

(I have Courtyard Oasis, Desert Luxe and Fashion Street already)

Another kit?

I only own three kits currently (also thinking about getting a fourth one with the new accessoires pack): Desert Luxe, Carnival Street Wear and Pool Style kit. However I was bored with the same swim wear on every Sim, so I got the '"Pool Style kit" and can totally recommend it. You don't see your Sims in swim wear very often, but when you do now you can see some variety.

Castle Estate

Castle Estate looks very nice! I only have Blooming Rooms (<3) and Desert Luxe, but I'm a bit tempted to buy Castle Estate... maybe someday if I find many castles that use the kit from the gallery and just really want to have them in my game!

Goth Galore

I really love both the Goth and the Castle kits, but I'm always looking for more edgy/strange/occult fashions myself, and the Goth kit goes really well with more modern Vampires, so I recommend it. Plus, everyone should be able to give the Goth family a true-to-their-name makeover. They are iconic, and their fashions should be as well.

Which is more important to you:

The way your sims look? (Goth kit)

or

The way your sims' homes look? (Castle kit)

For me, the answer is an easy one.... castle kit first, then the goth kit.
For you though, the answer might be the other way around.

The thing is

I know I am preparing to play certain households that would absolutely use the Goth kit

but I also know I am eventually going to want to go to Henford and Windenburg and to do that I want to start building the castles so they're ready to be played

but then I also know that many of my goth sims are nooboos at this particular time and don't have anything in goth kit until I age them up to teen at least but castles I could build immediately

then again I also know that I'm not going to play in windenburg immediately since I want to play and age up my goth nooboos first

*sighs* why am I like this

also then I look at the all kits list and realize oh I could have used this item in that and this build

like for example basement treasures tv just wants to be everywhere or that modern luxe ceiling tile I would want to use for few mansions i have and don't even get me started on how the bookshelf kit thing is kinda need to furnish some libraries

Anyway yeah I should stop overthinking and just pick whatever so here I go with this voting again

it was so easy to resist kits when I told myself I'm too poor to buy any of them

but when I have exactly 5 simoleon to spend...

From what I've seen of your post, I think the castle kit is a good fit. 👍

Building will keep you busy for a while. If only kits would go on sale.

Castle Estate

I think it depends what you like more. Building or CAS. Neither are absolutely essential. Simmers have been building castles for years and some of the other packs offer goth like clothes for example vampires or realm of magic (just filter on black clothes in CAS) I think you could have fun with both.

Idk why but I never realized it was possible to use the site to buy packs too

I was so upset to see the option gone from the app that I already got grey hair before I build any castles

I really wish this was one time bug

Castle Estate

I don't own CE yet, but it looks good. I do own all of the other build/buy kits. Of the others, I probably use the Basement one and Country Kitchen one the most.

Pastel pop would be useful for cow themed items to put in my Kine Society build

Greenhouse I was considering since it reminds me of ts2 seasons and playing with plantsims might get that one day

I hadn't planned to buy either, goth is in the base game already and I have great cc. But I was perusing the Gallery and saw this castle, and I was in love. So, long story short, I bought the castle kit, especially for this beautiful castle. (Besides, I had $4.99 just doing nothing, lol.)

The Modern Luxe, Pastel Pop, & Book Nook kits are my favorites, personally. I also love Greenhouse Haven & both of the clutter kits.
