All of my PAID FOR pre-made (Maxis made) lots and families- GONE!!!

Hi!
I have been an avid Sims player for 17 years. I have owned every expansion/stuff pack from The Sims 1-The Sims 4.
Long story short: I have had some health issues and have not been able to play TS4 for about a year, but have been buying the expansions, game and stuff packs as they were released knowing I'd someday come back.
Today was that day.
I had accidentally deleted a family (or 2) and a building that comes with the game- pre-made Maxis made families/lots trying to "clean up" my game (example: The Goth Family only it wasn't the Goth Family, etc.), so I decided to uninstall TS4 (and therefore as a result it also uninstalled all game/stuff packs). It took me over 4 hours to re-download and reinstall, only for me to open the game and find I had NO MAXIS MADE families and only some lots. This is content I PAID FOR! I was naturally VERY upset and went as far as to uninstall origin, re-download and install THAT, then install all games and packs...AGAIN. I STILL have no Maxis made families and I'm sure I am missing lots (residential and retail) as well.
I haven't backed up my game as I haven't been playing for a year and had to new game play to backup.
I did make sure all game/stuff pack boxes were ticked when looking into my library. I'm missing all EA made families- the Pancakes, The Goths, the vampires that came with the latest game pack, everything- and since I hadn't backed up due to no recent game play, there are no folders to restore.
I'm sure you see where this is going, but HOW CAN I GET MY PAID FOR EA CONTENT BACK?
Uninstalling a game and losing that hardly seems fair!!!

Sadly, it didn't work.
I got a few families back (I believe the ones that came with the base game- Purdue, Dasilva, Kay, L'Amour)), and there are even a few multiples of the same family. When I try to delete the "extra" of the multiples, it will delete ALL of them. I have 3 copies of Fogel, Dasilva, and Kay- and when I delete 2 and save one and reload, they disappear.
I am unsure of buildings and if any of those were restored since there are so many.
Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the issue remains.

I still have only the Purdue, Fogel, Kay, Dasilva, and L'Amour families, with 3 of Kay, Dasilva and Fogel.
And again- if I delete 2 of the families I have 3 of, it will delete them all upon reload, no matter which order I delete them in.
After resetting the sims 4 folder, did you then start a new save game?

No, none of the other families are there aside from the ones I've mentioned.
I did not try to start a new saved game. I just checked my library.
Would starating a new game restore all missing families (and as I've said, I am sure I am likely missing lots as well)?
I am away from my gaming computer and will be until afternoon.

Try starting a new save game, and see if the missing families are in the game. Go to Household Management which you can get to through the button on the top right hand side in map view. Then see if the missing families are in the unplayed section.

I did start a new family, and the situation is the same.
Nothing is restored, and I still have 3 of the same families mentioned above.
I am hoping EA can help, but they demand I name all items I am missing.
How am I to know if they're missing?!

I am sorry but without proper details we can not proceed further into an investigation. Had it been possible from my end, I would have done it for you. I hope that you understand my limitation here. If there was any possible way to proceed with your request, I wouldn't have given a second thought here.
What kind of HELP are they?!

Have you started a new save game, not just a new family ? If you haven't already done it, go to the main screen and press the " new game " button. Then see if the ea familes are all there once your sim is in the world.
It may be better to do live chat with EA Help rather than writing. The help staff can then lead you through the steps to take which you can then do with them at the same time.

I went through all folders and tried to clean everything up and get rid of all traces of the game.
I also did start a new family and saved game, which again, sadly didn't help.
I am presently reinstalling and keeping my fingers crossed!

Nothing has worked.
I'm going to have to find a new phone number and live chat when they open.
