I recently upgraded to Windows 10, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this or not, but the issues did seem to start around that time. First when opening my saved game it just took a good while to load, now it just won't finish. The bar is almost fully green and the cursor is still spinning, but the music has stopped. Earlier I left it sitting for about 2 hours and nothing ever happened. I have tried deleting my cache. This is the farthest I've ever gone with a family so I would really like to keep this game, but I'm not too good at the technical side of it.
