    Error 12019

    Hi Guys,

    Need some help here. I'm trying to install The Sims 3 on my moms new laptop. After installing it I'm trying to update it with EA download manager. However, after some time I get the error 12019 and that I need to re-try to update the game again after some short time. Sometimes I have the update on like, 80%, but it also happens that I get the error on like 15%.

    Can someone help me out with this please?

      i have the same problem with this patch. i dont know why we even needs updates.

      well, i had the same problem and my problem was whenever the internet disconected it stopped loading. so as long as the interent stays connected i'm fine! :D
