EA please help! Gallery shows my lots if owned by someone else and modified by me!

There definitely is something wrong with the Galery. My last 2 lots I've uploaded show in the Gallery as 'original by CSM-personaName' and modified by me!
This is nonsense! They are my original lots and I've build them myself!
I'm mad because it took me hours to build those lots and now it looks like they are not originaly mine but from someone else.

Who is CSM-personaName?
I saw a lot of comments about the same issue at the library of this 'person'.
EA please look at the screens and explain what is happening? It would be much appreciated by many members if you could fix this problem very soon!

This has been happening to a few users. Seems to be like a placeholder name and not an actual user.

As to why this is happening, I don't know.

Do the builds still show in your gallery when you click on your user name and then on view catalog ? If you, can you remove them and reupload ?

Did you restart your game or move your files to an external folder and then put them back?

This happens to me often (I don't use the gallery but I can still see it in my personal library). It is a placeholder and it happens to me when I am swapping around files. I name my folders by the name of the lot and then put the files into their once I'm done building. When I put them back into the game, they will show this.

I am probably not explaining it well and I'm sure somebody will come along and explain it better.

I think you can save the lot again, reload it, and it should show your name. I don't know if that actually fixes it or overrides the other name.

The houses still show in my gallery catalog. I can reupload and see if it helps but the houses are already downloaded by others and I like to keep it that way. I'm glad to hear it probably is a placeholder and not someone who claims my homes as their build. Hope it works fine the next time.
